We curate a varied calendar of high-caliber musical, comedy and other entertainment performances for a discerning audience. We want you to listen deeply and experience live entertainment in an intimate state-of-the-art boutique facility. Maximum capacity is 500 patrons.

VIPER ALLEY features a concert grade audio system and a cutting-edge Martin LED moving stage lighting system that spans the entire audience. It is a concert experience unparalleled in the Chicagoland area.

In VIPER ALLEY, sightlines are superb throughout the venue. There isn’t a bad seat in the house—our closed circuit television system of seventeen display monitors present HD video of stage performances throughout the venue.

VIPER ALLEY Live & Dine presents first-rate international acts, local greats and emerging artists in an intimate setting, with a maximum capacity of 500 patrons, while offering a top-tier dining experience.

VIPER ALLEY Private Events are perfect for groups who want to host their own one-of-a-kind special occasions. From intimate sit-down dinners to large cocktail receptions, take full advantage of the cutting edge amenities housed on-site. Our concert-grade sound and lighting systems, video switching and display systems, Reverb Kitchen, private dining rooms, and bowling facilities will make your day or night memorable.

Free self parking and convenient passenger drop-off is always available for VIPER ALLEY visitors. Overflow parking is available in the decked parking garage located a short walk from VIPER ALLEY. Visit the attached diagram that locates the entrances and the walkways for these parking spaces.

For Live & Dine shows, cabaret-style seating is available on a first come, first served basis.  You can get the best seats by arriving promptly at door time.

VIPER ALLEY’s seated options include:

• Main Floor Seating: On showroom floor. Seating on first come-first serve basis. 4 per table. If party is less than 4, other people may be seated with you.
• Raised Table Seating: To the right of the stage and a couple feet raised above. Seating on first come-first serve basis. 4 per table. If party is less than 4, other people may be seated with you.
• Standing Room Only: General Admission Standing.
• Premium Booth Seating: Sold as one package of 8 tickets. Booths fit 8 people comfortably.

VIPER ALLEY reserves the right to change the seating allocation of different sections without notice.

Within each seating option (other than the reserved seating options), seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at least fifty minutes prior to show time for better seat selection. To guarantee a designated seat, guests must purchase reserved table seating.

Guests may not save seats in our General Admission section. Please make sure your entire party is present before finding a place to sit in General Admission. We will strictly enforce this policy.

Tickets are available at the main box office. Also, tickets can also be purchased on our events page and through TicketWeb.

All events and artists are subject to cancellation or change without notice. VIPER ALLEY reserves the right to change the start time or add performers to the lineup.

Tickets are purchased for a specific show, date and time. Be sure you are purchasing tickets for the correct performer, date, and time. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another show, date or time.

VIPER ALLEY Live events and VIPER ALLEY Lounge events are for ages 18 and over (unless specifically stated otherwise for a performance). Any ticket holder unable to present valid government-issued identification indicating that they are at least 18 years of age will not be admitted to an event, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Admission serves as consent for VIPER ALLEY to capture and use your photo, image and/or voice in VIPER ALLEY’s promotional materials.

VIPER ALLEY Live is primarily a 21 years old and older venue, as is VIPER ALLEY Lounge, but the Sunday Brunch is open to all ages. For VIPER ALLEY Live and VIPER ALLEY Lounge events, security is present to verify your age and all patrons must provide a valid government-issued form of identification for entry. Individuals that are underage will not be eligible for a refund even if they have purchased a ticket. We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and illegal substances. If you are caught with a fake ID, you will not be allowed back in our venue. Acceptable forms of identification include:

(A) A state-issued driver license;
(B) A state-issued identification card;
(C) A valid passport
NOTE: College ID cards are NOT an acceptable form of ID.

Yes, VIPER ALLEY is a handicapped accessible facility. So we can properly accommodate you, please plan to arrive at VIPER ALLEY fifteen minutes before our doors open. Feel free to contact our box office in advance to make special arrangements or if you need special assistance at 847.499.5000.

By law, smoking is prohibited in ALL public spaces in the Village of Lincolnshire. We ask that guests respect the laws and refrain from smoking outside VIPER ALLEY at any time. Violators are subject to removal.

Yes. Our Reverb Kitchen features a dedicated Reverberator Furnace pizza oven offering handmade pizzas and small plate items, including vegetarian options. VIPER ALLEY also has two full bars for your enjoyment.

We have a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and use of illegal substances. We prosecute violators to the full extent of the law.

If you or someone in your party is impaired due to alcohol consumption, VIPER ALLEY will call a cab service. Just let a member of our staff know that you would like our assistance.

Yes, there is an ATM located inside of Foster Bank, which is just a short walking distance from the entrance to VIPER ALLEY.

We do not allow video cameras, or audio-taping, unless approved in advance by the artist. We do not allow still cameras unless the artist approves. If approved, flashes are not allowed as they distract the artists and disrupt other patrons' experience.

No outside food, bottled water or other drinks are permitted inside of VIPER ALLEY. Pizzas or other small plate food items can be purchased and eaten inside the lobby, dining room and showroom at VIPER ALLEY.

VIPER ALLEY has two full bars and waitress service during shows.

We do not allow backpacks or other large bags. Weapons, illegal substances, mace, food, and alcohol are not allowed. We reserve the right to search all bags.
